We’re a Yorkshire-based consultancy, helping organisations deal with challenging times.  We can draw on the support of a wide range of professional associates, but your core support will come from Brian Gilliland

Brian has 30 years’ experience in the business and charity worlds.  Brian specialises in working with SME businesses, social enterprises and small to medium sized charities.  His personal experience ranges widely, from large organisations like The Natural History Museum, to small and medium sized businesses, to charities, to Russell Group universities, to social enterprises.

He has been a consultant, a Trustee, a mentor, and a Board Director for a wide variety of organisations.

He is hugely experienced; whatever challenges you are facing, he’s probably seen it before, and can provide insight and guidance.

Outside of work, Brian is married to a doctor and is dad to two adopted daughters.  He is a member of the PCC at Hull Minster, and a Director of Four Seasons, a social enterprise providing employment in horticulture for learning disabled people.
